Which drug lowers fever best?

Hi all! I'd like to know what treatment you prefer for fever reduction.

There are lots of choices, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs, and I'm interested in what actually helps you the most.
Are you more into over-the-counter meds or do you rely on natural treatments as well?
How long does it take for them to reduce the fever? Would love to hear your thoughts!
