PS5 Pro, 4K Monitor, and PC Gaming: How to Achieve the Best

I am planning to upgrade my PC, PS5, and monitor setup and I would like to get some expert advice on some issues and questions I have. Here is my plan and the problems I face:
I want to buy a PS5 Pro and a 4K monitor in November next year, when I expect the prices to drop. I have two 1080p monitors right now, which I want to keep and use along with the new 4K monitor. I will use the 4K monitor for both PC and PS5 gaming, and the other monitors for chatting on Discord or other tasks.
I am not sure if my PC can handle 4K gaming, but I think it can run games at 1440p. My PC specs are:
MOTHERBOARD: Asus PRIME H510M-D
CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
RAM: 2 x 8GB 2666hz
MEMORY: 1tb SSD WD_BLACK SN770 (M.2) and 1GB HDD
I have two problems with this plan:
How can I use multiple monitors with different resolutions on my PC? Will I experience any black screens, window resizing, or compatibility issues when moving the cursor or windows between the monitors? Is there a way to fix or prevent these problems?
How much will the PS5 Pro and a 4K monitor with high refresh rate (165hz, 144hz, or 120hz) cost in November next year? I don't have a stable income, so I might have to sell one of my current monitors to afford them. Is it worth it to have three monitors or should I stick with two?
I
appreciate any opinions and answers you can provide. Thank you.
